Your Legal Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Because you’re buying online, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. You do not need to give a reason.

Once you’ve told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or within 14 days of you providing proof of postage, whichever is sooner.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at your cost unless stated otherwise.


For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will cover return postage costs.

Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in their original condition. If an item has been handled more than necessary to assess it (beyond what you would do in a shop), we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund


After 30 days: we will offer a repair or replacement in the first instance


After 6 months: the burden of proof shifts to you to demonstrate the fault existed at the time of purchase

Contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged. Please include photos where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been deliberately damaged or misused
  • Items returned after the 14-day cancellation window (unless faulty)

Nothing in this policy removes or limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.
