By placing an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred). If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time you placed your order is the price you pay.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.

All StablePin products are designed for use on ferrous metal surfaces only. They are not suitable for aluminium, wood, plastic, or non-magnetic surfaces. Always test with your intended load before regular use.

Safe Working Load (SWL) ratings are provided for each product. Do not exceed the stated SWL.

Your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

If you receive a faulty item, contact us at hello@stablepin.co.uk as soon as possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our products is limited to the price you paid for the relevant item.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss arising from misuse of the product or exceeding the stated SWL
• Damage to property resulting from improper use
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
